Meet JJ--The DJ

JJ has been adopted by Kathy and Rob Creighton, here in Lubbock.  Rob is the Morning Personality at 97-3 YES FM and takes JJ to work at the radio station. If you're listening in and happen to hear some jingling (of dog tags) in the background, some rooing, or just some thumps or thuds--that's probably JJ giving his opinion on what Rob is talking about.  JJ might even accent the comments with a case of the zoomies and it's all that Rob can do to keep his composure when this happens.

When he's not on-air with Rob--JJ is commandeering the Creighton's couch, playing with his toys--and charming everyone in the neighborhood.

JJ is Interviewed....

APFUG--JJ, I understand today is a pretty exciting day for you--can you explain?

JJ--Happy to--Linda, and thanks for coming to see Rob and I. Today--we make it official and Rob will sign my adoption papers. Roo-Roo!

APFUG--So JJ, we noticed on the YES Facebook page that you are called "JJ the Chill Hound"--why is that?

JJ--Apparently, Daddy was really impressed at how much I enjoy just relaxing and lying around--and I look so natural being a Chill Hound--well, you get it.

APFUG--So--it's not about your favorite music selections?

JJ--Not directly--although I enjoy listening to music while I chill out. Especially, "The Cars" and "Depeche Mode".

APFUG--What do you like about coming to the radio station?

JJ--Well, there's always new smells in the studio to keep me busy.  Plus--the Pet-Pets I get from Daddy as well as his work-friends--just to name a few--Crystal, Curtis, Big Ben, Anna, and Vince--I'm always ready to meet more friends and get more Pet-Pets!

APFUG--What else would you like to tell your fans?

JJ--If you've adopted one of my Greyhound Friends from A Place for Us Greyhounds--THANK YOU!  If you haven't--what are you waiting for? My wonderful human Aunts and Uncles at APFUG will match you up with the perfect hound who be roaching on your couch in no time!  Oh and one more thing--listen to my favorite station--97-3 YES FM--because there may be times when Daddy and I will have information about a dog that is available for adoption or how a dog--like myself--can change your life!
